I accompany you to the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for your claim. Business Immigration Visa:
While immigration to Canada is mostly the jurisdiction of the Federal Government in Canada, each of Canada’s provinces has its own small immigration program whereby the provincial government can nominate individuals for immigration to their province based on their own specific criteria. Once nominated by a province, the individual can apply for permanent residence through the federal immigration program. These Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP’s) usually break down into a skilled worker category and a business immigration category.
Each province has its requirements and conditions for business immigration visa, the investment varies between CAD 150,000 to 800,000. But all of them require active investment and residency obligation while implementing the project. Furthermore, almost all provinces do not grand Permanent residency at the beginning, you must reside in the province as a temporary worker for a period between 12-24 months before being nominated to PR.
Spousal and Family Sponsorship:
If you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada, age 18 or over, you can sponsor certain family members to become Canadian permanent residents. If you become a permanent resident, you can live, study and work in Canada. If you sponsor a relative to come to Canada as a permanent resident, you are responsible for supporting your relative financially when he or she arrives.

Visitor Visa:
Temporary Resident Visas (Visitor Visas) and eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) for Canada
Canada welcomes more than 35 million temporary residents (non-immigrants) each year. Except for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, all other individuals require permission to enter Canada as a visitor and require either a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an eTA (electronic Travel Authorization), unless they are US Citizens.
The following foreigners need either a TRV or an eTA:
Citizens of visa-exempt countries intending to travel to Canada by air are expected to have applied for an obtained an electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before their departure to Canada.
Exception: Citizens of the United States do not require a TRV or an eTA, but Green Card holders in the United States, require an eTA to come to Canada, regardless of their nationality.
Study Visa:
To apply for a Canada Student Visa (study permit), students must first enroll and be accepted to study at a Canadian educational institution. We can help in that too. Foreign students who have applied for and been accepted into a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) may apply for a Canada Student Visa in order to come to Canada and complete the specific program for which they have been accepted. We will get you an acceptance letter from the designated institution which you plan to attend before you submit your application for a Canada student visa.
